Vault Self Storage included over 65 sites in southern California for the development of self storage facilities. RESSINC was retained by Vault to manage the complete development process: project entitlements, community relations, design, permits and construction.
Heirloom Storage, Novato, CA
Heirloom Storage is the conversion of an empty warehouse into a self-storage facility. The House of Daniels asked RESSINC to manage the conversion from project entitlements, community relations, design and permits through construction. During the design of the facility, RESSINC saved the owner over $300,000 by changing the structural system in the building from standard structural steel to a steel stud system.
Hamilton Self Storage, Novato, CA
Hamilton Self Storage was created as a unique community benefit for the redevelopment of Hamilton Field in Novato, CA. This self storage project in the basement of the Villas at Hamilton helped support the economics of the the senior affordable housing project on the upper levels. RESSINC was retained by RHC Communities to manage the complete development process from project entitlements, community relations, design and permits through construction.
