Hamilton Field, Novato, CA

Hamilton Field is a complete new community redeveloped at a former military based, which includes a broad range of housing opportunities, office, commercial, retail, recreation and community areas. After the property languished in controversy for more than 18 years, Mr. Wright teamed up with Goldman, Sachs & Co and The Martin Group to create community consensus and received approval of the master plan in less than 18 months. This remains the largest single approval ever completed in Marin County, CA.

The Village at Loch Lomond, San Rafael, CA

The Village at Loch Lomond is a mixed use project which includes 81 homes, retail stores and a 517 berth marina in San Rafael, CA. RESSINC was retained by San Rafael Marina, LLC to complete infrastructure design, final maps and various public agency approvals for the mixed-use, residential/commercial/marina redevelopment of the Loch Lomond Marina in San Rafael, CA. RESSINC refined the approach to the infrastructure design and the surcharging of the site, saving the owner over $1,000,000 and shaving about one year off the construction schedule.
