Novato Cultural Arts Center, Novato, CA

The Novato Cultural Arts Center is the renovation and conversation of the Hamilton Field headquarters buildings into a cultural center for Novato. The buildings totaling approximately 26,000 sf in four buildings required all new interior systems, siesmic upgrades while leaving the historic exterior and lobby in place. Mr. Wright was retained for entitlements, financing, development management and ultimate transfer to the City of Novato.

 

Bassler Haynes Building, San Jose, CA

The Bassler Haynes Building was the rehabilitation of two buildings originally built in 1882 in San Jose, CA. The work involved removing and replacing the entire internal wood structure floor by floor without causing a building collapse. Mr. Wright was retained for project management for design and construction.

 

Hamilton Landing, Novato, CA

Hamilton Landing an adaptive reuse of historic aircraft hangars at a former military base in Novato, California. The hangars converted to 250,000 sf of new office buildings for such tenants as Disney Animation. RESSINC was retained for project management of design and construction.

 

The Villas at Hamilton Landing, Novato, CA

The Villas at Hamilton is a 128 unit senior apartment development in Novato, CA. All 128 units are affordable and restricted to seniors. The affordability was created using bond financing. The development is a high density rehab of 3 historic structures. RESSINC was retained for entitlements, development management and project close-out.
