Southgate Certificate of Occupancy, Novato, CA

O’Brien Homes was unable to get the City of Novato to grant certificates of occupancy objecting to certain construction issues which prevented new residents from moving into their homes. Mr. Wright was retained to negotiate on behalf of the builder. Within two days, Mr. Wright was able to negotiate an agreement and have certificates of occupancy issued.

 

East Lawn Cemetery – City Negotiations, Elk Grove, CA

RESSINC has assisted East Lawn in its negotiations with the City of Elk Grove concerning bike trails, open space acquisition and wetland permits.

 
 

Novato Sanitary Distirct – Improvement Acceptance, Novato, CA

The Novato Sanitary District retained RESSINC to represent the District in resolving the final accepted of sewer improvements of a new subdivision in Novato, CA.

 
 
 

The Landing at Hamilton, Negotiation of Special Fees, Novato, CA

The Landing at Hamilton, LLC retained RESSINC to negotiate on their behalf to resolve a special sewer fee amount with the Novato Sanitary District. RESSINC was able to show to the Sanitary District that the special fee was not required or justified.

 
 

Greystone/Davidon Joint Construction Agreement, American Canyon, CA

Greystone Homes retained Mr. Wright to negotiate a joint agreement with Davidon Homes for the construction of a new roadway between their developments in American Canyon. After both builders had struggled for several months to reach agreement, Mr. Wright was able to bring the parties to agreement within two hours.

 

Greystone Homes Saturday Work, American Canyon, CA

Greystone Homes retained Mr. Wright when the City of American Canyon prohibited the builder from working on weekends when their permits clearly allowed them to work. RESSINC was brought in to avoid a large confrontation with the City and create a solution that maintained a constructive working relationship between builder and City. Within six weeks, RESSINC created a program of noise and dust control supported by the adjacent neighborhood that allowed the builder to work weekends.
