East Lawn Cemetery, Elk Grove, CA
O’East Lawn, Inc. has owned and operated a cemetery facility for over 100 years in Elk Grove, CA. Because they own more land than the cemetery will ever use, RESSINC was asked to provide a Real Estate Strategy for the excess property. The options included a mixed use development, wetland mitigation banking and open space/recreation space.
House of Daniels Industrial Property, Novato, CA
The House of Daniels, Inc. was a beer and wine distributing company that sold the distribution business and kept their warehouse and office property. RESSINC was retained to develop a Real Estate Strategy Matrix for the property which included industrial, for-sale housing, rental housing and self storage. Owning and operating a self storage business was the best fit for the House of Daniels. Today the property is operated by the Daniels family as Heirloom Self Storage.
Oakview Office Building, Novato, CA
Grande Vista, LLC purchased land that had been master planned in the 1980’s for a series of office buildings. Unfortunately, the master plan concept would not fit on this hillside site. RESSINC was retained to evaluate a range of uses and configurations for this site including various office buildings, for-sale housing and rental housing. RESSINC was then retained to obtain the entitlements for a consolidated single office building.
