Todd Wright, LEED AP, Project Lead

Todd Wright is the project leader and primary contact for the RESSINC Team. Mr. Wright has worked extensively as an owner’s representative or project manager throughout California for the past 34 years.

Mr. Wright received a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialty in Construction Management from the University of California Berkeley in 1979. Mr. Wright has spent his career obtaining project approvals for complex projects and overseeing the design and construction of a broad range of buildings throughout California. Mr. Wright is often asked to participate in specialized negotiations to resolve complex real estate problems. Mr. Wright became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2009.

Mr. Wright has managed over $200 million worth of construction. His projects include the redevelopment of historic buildings, affordable housing and the reuse of military bases.

Teresa Colwell, Project Manager, Attorney and Real Estate Broker

Teresa Colwell has over 28 years of experience working with real estate and commercial projects. Ms. Colwell received her law degree from the University of San Francisco in 1986. Ms. Colwell specializes in research and “problem-solving” and provides quality control and document review of all RESSINC projects. Ms. Colwell is a licensed California attorney and a real estate broker.

 

Dan McNevin, Project Manager

Dan McNevin collaborates with RESSINC in mixed use capacities related to land use, entitlements and residential housing. He has 32 years of real estate industry experience as a principal, consultant and investor. From 1989 until 2010 he was a full time partner and project manager with TMG Partners, a Bay Area focused mixed use development company. Since 2008 he has consulted on projects with RESSINC and others, and has invested for his own account in the areas of real estate and technology. He continues to consult with TMG on projects in which he shares a financial interest. His Bay Area experience includes the development of mixed-use, residential and commercial projects in Marin County and Alameda County, consultation assignments in San Rafael, Emeryville and Marin City, and venture investments related to niche senior housing and real estate technology.

Mr. McNevin received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University where he majored in Human Biology.

Gabriella Fierro, LEED AP BD + C

Gabriella Fierro has over six years experience in the development and construction field. Ms. Fierro is a LEED Accredited Professional in new construction and manages the LEED On-Line and LEED certification process for clients. Ms. Fierro received her certificate in construction management from UC Berkeley Extension. She also holds a certificate in sustainable design from Build It Green.
